We employ a wide variety of staff with a range of expertise. Our policy, rescue & care, education and conservation staff are hard at work taking action for wild animals in need. They are supported by colleagues with extensive experience in administration, finance, marketing, and fundraising.

Our administration and finance departments provide membership support and process donations. Our communications, PR and fundraising teams develop our campaigns and handle our communications, while our partnerships team works with corporate partners and sponsors.

Supporter Care Officer (job share) – Maternity Cover (8 months)

Salary: £16,500 PT 21 hours per week (£27,500 FTE)

Location: Flexible remote with regular weekly presence (Tuesday) at our office in Horsham, West Sussex. Working days will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Part time: 21 hours per week

Are you professional, friendly and passionate about wild animal welfare? Are you a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills?

We are looking for a resourceful and organised Supporter Care Officer to act as the primary interface between Born Free, its supporters and the public. In this vital role, the successful candidate will bring previous supporter or customer service experience to help deliver outstanding supporter care.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, supporting Born Free’s tireless work to end the exploitation of wild animals around the world.
